1. General Provisions

75bd7 ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online betting and casino service provider that operates sports betting, casino games and related services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you", "your") and 75bd7.

These Terms are effective in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered final and binding. 75bd7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes shall be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply alongside these Terms. All such documents together form the complete agreement.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to open an account and use the 75bd7 platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be an individual — not a corporate entity or automated system.
• Participating in online betting activities must be lawful for you in the area where you reside.
• You must have a valid and active mobile banking or bank account.
• You must not have been previously permanently banned from the platform.

75bd7 reserves the right to verify age and may request the submission of documents required for verification. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and related transactions will be considered void.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete and up to date.

3.2 Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password and login details confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately. 75bd7 will not be held responsible for third-party activity unless it is proven to have occurred due to a fault in our systems.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For the purpose of security and fraud prevention, 75bd7 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) processes at any time. This may include submission of a national ID card, passport or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following conditions apply when depositing funds into 75bd7:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks).
• Deposited funds must come from your own account — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly, though minor delays may occur due to network conditions.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

75bd7 offers a welcome bonus for new users: a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — this applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period, which will be stated on the offer page.
• A user may use each promotional offer only once.
• 75bd7 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and associated winnings if abuse or manipulation of bonuses is detected.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically stated.
• 75bd7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets placed incorrectly due to a technical error will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded. 75bd7 is not obligated to pay out winnings on bets affected by technical errors.

6.2 Sports Betting

75bd7 offers betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup and IPL), football, kabaddi and other sporting events. If a match or tournament is cancelled, related bets will be considered void. 75bd7's decision is final in determining the outcome of bets.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated through a secure Random Number Generator (RNG) system that ensures fair play. Game rules can be found in the respective game lobby. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, 75bd7 will review the relevant records and make a decision.

6.4 VIP Program

The 75bd7 VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback at each tier is up to 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8% and 1.0% respectively. The decision to upgrade a VIP tier rests with 75bd7 management.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 75bd7 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Registering using a fake identity or someone else's identity.
• Manipulation or abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Betting using automated bots, software or scripts.
• Money laundering or introducing illegal funds into the platform.
• Hacking, manipulation or exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of balance and legal action where necessary.

All content displayed on the 75bd7 platform — including logos, brand names, designs, software, text, graphics and other materials — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 75bd7 or its relevant licensors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 75bd7 will not be liable for:

• Any bet or game remaining incomplete due to internet disruption or technical issues.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment processors.
• Any loss caused by issues with your device or network.
• Unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.

75bd7's maximum financial liability shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by the relevant user during the disputed period.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by Us

75bd7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception or illegal activity.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC or other verification processes.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority or a court order.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. All open bets must be settled and applicable bonus conditions met before closure. Any valid balance will be returned through the standard withdrawal process.

12. Changes to Terms

75bd7 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will publish a notice on the platform or notify you through your registered contact details. Continued use of the platform after any changes shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
